This 12 Week program begins with an initial session where we will set the foundation for your 12 weeks to come. We will take an ancestral approach to nutrition, lifestyle (sleep and stress), and fitness. This is customized to fit your goals. This includes weekly check-ins, bi-weekly coaching sessions, hand-outs and coaching support.
This 4 weeks is for someone who already has a grasp on an ancestral approach to health, but has a specific area of concern. This program includes an initial session where we identify your concerns and goals. This also includes weekly check-ins, bi-weekly coaching sessions, hand-outs and coaching support.
